Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue are classified as ‘syndromes’ or ‘disorders’, a group of features, characteristics, signs and symptoms that occur together. They are often classified as the same syndrome, fibromyalgia exhibits more pain symptoms while CF exhibits more fatigue symptoms.
